What is the difference between it and the book “I Delight in Praying”?
This is about prayer from the beginning of the takbeer to the end of the salutation: preparation, concentration, bowing and prostrating, and linking the prayer to your day. The book of supplication has a completely different topic, which is supplication and its etiquette.
